Fresh Berry Cake:

This 9" cake base is made of chocolate chiffon cake, it is light and moist, filled with fresh whipped cream mixed with chocolate flakes, blueberries, rasberries, strawberries, and blackberries. The outside is fresh whipped cream with fresh berries.

Pumpkin Cake:

Spicy, light, and moist pumpkin cake. Great for any fall event. This one was put together very quickly for a halloween party. The icing is made of cream cheese and is absolutely yummy.

Organic Sour Cherries on Sponge:

This is made with sour cherry compote on a simple sponge. 

Linzer Torte (strawberry tart):

Is this really a cake??? The answer depends on where you are from! A deliciously spicy tart packed with strawberries, great served with fresh whipped cream.

Date Cake:

Date cake covered with marzipan and topped with a bouquet of organic flowers. 

Cup Cakes:

Made with vanilla madeira cake and decorated with butter icing loaded with Belgian chocolate.

Made using the chocolate mangolia recipe and marshmello fondant.
