- Best buns I've made. No kneading required and the dough is supposed to be sticky! It's the first time sen ever, ever said the bread was good! A bit sweet for our liking, I'll put less sugar next time and more salt. Tried this with 2 cups whole wheat and 3 cups regular flour, turned out great. Brushed the tops with egg to give a shine and sprinkled sesame or poppy seeds on top.
- Scones These are the best scones that I've made. I made double the dough in the late morning and kept it in the fridge and then baked half in the afternoon. The second batch was baked 2 days later and still tasted great. I added 1/4 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 cup dried chopped cranberries and they still turned out great, but you can't put much on them after that.
- Banana muffins These have whole wheat flour in them and are great. They taste even lighter with just plain flour which was how I first made them.
